The Voluntary and Community Sector's 'Bradford District Assembly' steering group and forums were set up over ten years ago to reflect the strategic partnership structures, with the aim of acting as the primary framework for engagement with the voluntary and community sector. The forums also provide formal VCS representation at the BDP Partnerships and act as the main arena where the sector can share policy issues and other opportunities between themselves and other stakeholders. The chair of the BDA also sits on the Health and Wellbeing Board.
